3. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We request reasonable notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Mk 45 Trading reserves the right to request a deposit for certain projects. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area. Any delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete information may affect project timelines and costs.

6. Compliance & Certification

Where applicable, a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) will be issued upon successful completion of work and full payment, confirming that installations meet required safety standards.

7. Warranty & Liability

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. However, Mk 45 Trading is not liable for damages caused by misuse, unauthorized alterations, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., power surges, weather conditions).

8. Delays

While we aim to complete all work on schedule, Mk 45 Trading is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including supplier issues, weather, or unforeseen site conditions.
